2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item is significantly not as described
- Package was never delivered (after 30 days from shipping date)
❌ Not Eligible:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Opened pet hygiene or consumable products
- Gift cards
- Orders with incorrect shipping address provided by customer
3. No Return Shipment Required
For most cases, we do not require you to ship the item back. Simply contact us with photo or video evidence of the issue, and we will resolve it promptly with a full refund or free replacement — whichever you prefer.
This makes the process faster and easier for you.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method

- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Partial Refunds
In cases of minor damage that does not affect the product's functionality, we may offer a partial refund as a fair resolution. We will always discuss this with you before proceeding.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipment needed.
8. Non-Delivery Claims
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a full refund or reshipment if the package is confirmed lost.
Please note: International shipments typically take 10–20 business days. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or peak seasons.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, the order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be canceled. In that case, please wait for delivery and then contact us for a refund.
10. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please request a refund for the original order and place a new order separately.
