At Vovixy, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
🇺🇸 United States (All 50 states)
International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our shipping destinations soon.

5. Shipping Costs
- Free Economy Shipping on all USA orders $50 and over
- Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $0.99

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
📦 Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment. This is normal for international logistics.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact your local post office
- If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will investigate with the carrier and offer a full refund or reshipment if the package is confirmed lost.
8. Non-Delivery Claims
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, please contact us immediately. We will open a carrier investigation and resolve the issue with a full refund or reshipment.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Vovixy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
